Job 2502: City of Bainbridge Island – Water Improvements
We are installing 9 different pressure reducing stations in locations around Bainbridge Island. This should make the water system on the island more reliable for its customers.
Job 2503: Noll Road Improvements
Roadway, sidewalk, and shared-use path improvements have been completed, including the installation of a new roundabout near Noll Road East. In addition, new water and sewer mains have been constructed in the vicinity of NE Lincoln Road. The next phase of work will include final paving, surface treatments, striping, and the installation of crosswalks and illumination systems. Project completion is anticipated in May 2026.
Job 2507: Des Moines Creek West Warehouse
We have completed the mass grading and built enormous retaining walls so the warehouse can be constructed. More piping needs to be installed as we wrap the waterline around the building for fire protection. The 33 acres site is a challenge in the wet winter months.
Job 2509: Shea Verterra Amenity Center
Mass grading has been completed, and large retaining walls have been constructed to support the future warehouse. Additional piping remains in progress as the waterline is extended around the building to provide fire protection. The 33-acre site presents ongoing challenges during the wet winter months. Project completion is anticipated around September 2026, weather permitting.
Job 2603: Amazon Warehouse BFI5
We are installing storm piping to collect the roof drain water and treat it so it can be discharged into the local streams in the area. Work is just getting started.
Job 2604: Covington Sawyer Road Improvements
We are going to make an unsafe corner on this roadway much safer by opening up the site lines for traffic to see better. We will build a large retaining wall and plant some shrubs to make it look beautiful.
Job 2606: Issaquah Highlands Sewer Improvements
We are installing some new sanitary sewer facilities so the sewer flows more efficiently in the City of Issaquah. We are also going to re-line over 600 feet of sewer piping to extend the life of this critical infrastructure.
